Exercise is incredibly important for kids (and the rest of us!). They need a little push and kids thrive on being challenged.
Unfortunately, kids are getting less exercise even before the lockdowns… it’s worse for many right now because they aren’t getting out and playing enough, their extra-curricular sports and activities have been cancelled.
Kids must move, a lot (!), to have good development of the bodies and brains… as well as to help ward off chronic diseases that are hitting so many kids today.
Try to get your kids more active, it’s important!

We will be opening up some limited spots in a new fun exercise program where kids will practice MMA and kickboxing techniques while closely following government guidelines about safety on May 18th!
The program is for kids 5 through 13… we also have older teen and adult program starting on the 18th.
Kids will have fun while getting in shape, learning self defense, developing confidence, focus, discipline, and a positive mental attitude!
