Safely and Quickly End A Physical Conflict
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Submissions for Self Defense, MMA, and Grappling.
One of the fundamental positions and attacks in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is to get to the opponent’s back and attack with a rear naked choke (AKA the lion killer choke).
A choke is the best way to end a fight.
You can put your opponent in a position where they can not hurt you by being behind them and quickly putting them to sleep in just a few seconds.
It’s amazingly effective and you would be shocked at how quickly someone goes out if you’ve never trained before.
Here’s a short video of our adults safely drilling getting to the back and sinking the choke.
Interested in trying a first class where we’ll go over how to safely secure a choke to end a fight or match… or maybe you just want to learn the techniques you’ve seen applied in the UFC and other MMA matches.
Send us a message and we’ll set up a time to walk you through the key details of the move!
